The CRM is designed for launching on your own: sign-up, connecting a WhatsApp number and the first pipeline usually take about 15 minutes, and we charge nothing for that. If you need help, DIGITAL SOTALABS LLP provides implementation for 49 900, 119 900 or 219 900 ₸ for teams of up to 10, 30 and 50 people, custom development at 12 000 ₸ per hour and ongoing support from 24 900 ₸ per month with no minimum term. How implementation works
The process is the same for all packages. The timeline is counted in business days from the approval of the setup plan.
Request and estimate
You choose a package, and we send an estimate and an invoice. Start is paid before work begins; for Standard and Business you pay a 50% advance.
Audit
A call or a meeting: how you sell now and who replies to customers. We draw up a setup plan, and you approve it.
Setup
The specialist sets up pipelines, fields, roles, WhatsApp numbers and automation. You see the results as they are ready.
Data import
You send an export from a spreadsheet or your previous CRM. We load customers and deals and check for duplicates.
Training
Online sessions for managers and the head of the company. The recordings and video guides stay with you.
Launch
The team starts working in the CRM. The specialist stays in touch and adjusts the settings during the first days.
Acceptance
We sign the completion certificate, and the support included in the package begins. You can send comments within 5 business days.
If we miss the deadline
We add one day of subscription for each full business day of delay caused by us. While we wait for data or answers from you, the timeline is paused.

Unused hours carry over to the next month, but no further. Hours beyond your level cost 12 000 ₸ each. If you pay for 6 months at once, ongoing support costs 10% less. Integrations, modules, group training and data import are not covered by the hours. Without ongoing support, support is included in the plan: chat and email on business days, and a guaranteed first response time comes only with ongoing support.

Acceptance
You can send comments within 5 business days. Anything within the agreed scope we fix free of charge.
Warranty on custom work
30 days on bugs in completed custom work.
Bugs in the CRM itself
We fix them free of charge, with no time limit.
Refunds for services
Before work starts we refund the full amount; after it starts, the part not yet done, within 10 business days. The 14-day plan refund does not apply to services.
Price in the estimate
We fix the price in the estimate or invoice before work starts. Service prices change with 10 days' notice.
