Yes. The Booking module gives the salon online booking: the customer picks a service and a free slot, and the booking goes into the schedule. The module costs 6 900 ₸ per month per branch.
Yes, if you are registered as an individual entrepreneur. Online booking works from the Start plan: together with the Booking module it is 19 800 ₸ per month. The Free plan has customers and chats, but modules cannot be connected on it.
Start includes 1 000 AI credits per month, Pro 3 500, and the balance is shown in the CRM. If the credits run out, customer messages go to the administrator until you top up or a new month starts.
Through the Kaspi Payments module, 5 900 ₸ per month. The customer gets a Kaspi invoice, and the CRM checks the payment and confirms the booking. Set up Kaspi payment acceptance for your company in advance.
The AI agent hands the conversation to a person. The administrator sees the chat in the CRM and can take over at any time. The AI does not confirm a payment based on the customer's word.
