Full terms are in the public offer and the Plans and Pricing document (in Russian).
LLPs, other legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. A company registers with its BIN or IIN. A private individual without individual entrepreneur registration cannot sign up.
Sign-up, connecting a WhatsApp number and the first sales pipeline usually take about 15 minutes.
Scan the QR code with your phone, as you do for WhatsApp Web, and chats from this number go into the CRM. WhatsApp may restrict a number if it considers such a connection a breach of its rules. Details are in clause 12.5 of the Public Offer (in Russian).
Yes, during the hours you set, while you have AI credits. If the credits run out, customer messages go to employees until you top up or a new month starts.
The main database is on servers in Kazakhstan, and we keep backups for 30 days. WhatsApp and AI work through third-party providers, details are in the Privacy Policy (in Russian).
If you do not pay for a plan after the trial, the company moves to the Free plan, and the data is kept. If you paid and then stopped, we count from the last paid day: for 7 days everything works, until day 30 you can view and export data, then the Free plan starts. Everything beyond its limits is kept and works again after payment.
