  • Public prices

    Plans, modules and services are published on the site. The price is the same for all customers and all sales channels.

  • Your price stays the same

    While you pay without a break, the price of your plan and add-ons stays the same. We review prices no more than once a year and give 60 days' notice.

  • 14-day refund

    If it does not suit you, we refund the payment when you write to us within 14 days of the first payment. Services and purchased AI credits are not refundable.

  • Your data stays with you

    If the next payment does not arrive, the data is not deleted. You can export it at any time.

  • Implementation deadline

    If we miss the implementation deadline through our fault, we add one day of subscription for each business day of delay.

Where customer data is stored

The main SotaCRM database is hosted on servers in Kazakhstan.

  • Main database, files and chats

    Stored on servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  • WhatsApp and AI

    Work through their own providers and receive the data they need to work, including outside Kazakhstan. Details are in the privacy policy.

  • Backups

    Kept for 30 days. You can export your data at any time.

How to start

How to start working with SotaCRM

From sign-up to the first lead in the CRM usually takes about 15 minutes.

  1. Register your company

    You need a BIN or IIN. Right after sign-up the company has 30 days of Pro, no bank card required.

  2. Connect WhatsApp and your team

    Scan the QR code with your phone and invite employees with a link.

  3. Choose a plan and pay by invoice

    We issue an invoice on request in the CRM or by email. Access opens when the money arrives in our account.

We accept claims and legal notices at support@sotacrm.kz or at the legal address.

On paid plans, support replies in chat and by email, with priority on Pro and Business. A guaranteed response time comes with paid ongoing support: within 4 business hours on Support+ and within 2 business hours on the higher levels.
