Monthly allowance and top-ups
The plan allowance is added every month, and whatever is left at the end of the month expires. Purchased credits do not expire and are used after the monthly allowance.
If credits run out
The AI does not reply until you top up or a new month starts. Customer messages go to employees, and the rest of the CRM works as usual.
Complex tasks use more credits. The balance is shown in the CRM.

Payment and refund terms

30-day free trial
Everything as on Pro: 30 users, 5 WhatsApp numbers, 3 AI agents, all modules and 3 500 AI credits for the whole period. No bank card required, once per company.
14-day refund
We refund payments for the plan, users, numbers, AI agents, modules and branches, once per company. Services and purchased AI credits are not refundable.
Your price stays the same
The price of your plan and everything you added stays the same while you pay without a break. After a break of more than 30 days, the current price applies.
Price reviews
No more than once a year, with 60 days' notice. A period you have already paid for does not get more expensive.
Payment by invoice
Bank transfer in tenge. Access opens when the money arrives in the account of DIGITAL SOTALABS LLP.
If payment does not arrive
For 7 days everything works, until day 30 you can view and export data, then the Free plan starts. Data is not deleted.
Upgrading to a higher plan
At any time. The unused part of your payment is credited.
Who can sign up
LLPs, other legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, with a BIN or IIN. A private individual without individual entrepreneur registration cannot sign up.
Prices are not subject to VAT: DIGITAL SOTALABS LLP is not a VAT payer, and if that obligation arises, the tax will be added to the price. Full terms are in the Public Offer, the Plans and Pricing and the Payment and Refunds documents (all in Russian). If they differ, the Public Offer prevails.

Yes. The Free plan costs 0 ₸: up to 5 users, one pipeline, one WhatsApp number for manual chats and an AI assistant with 300 credits per month. It has no automation, AI agents or modules.
No. The 30-day free trial starts after sign-up, no card required. The trial is available once per company.
